My requirements were very simple, when I set up my home office -- all I needed was a power outlet, a chair, a desk, and some natural light. I cleared out my work clothes and shoved them in another closet, got a 1" x 10" piece of plywood to use as a shelf for my printer and some office supplies, got a small desk and cheap HP printer/copier at Best Buy, and I was off and running. I didn't need to wire the room for Ethernet, as my laptop can get a very strong Wi-Fi signal from our home Internet router downstairs. The BlackBerry completes the picture.
